We are a pay-what-you-can Cajun restaurant and community space. As service industry lifers, we created this project to bring together our love of the industry with our passion for serving the community. Our unique model sustains itself with an innovative fine dining experience that will funds our cafe. We foster mutual aid and creativity through shared meals, art, and music.
